9wkts Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and 9wkts ("9wkts", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://9wkts.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through it.

By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 9wkts platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between this document and any other communication or promotional material published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.

To register and maintain an active account on 9wkts, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures may not hold a 9wkts account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 9wkts or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 9wkts platform.

By confirming acceptance of these Terms during registration, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each individual may register and maintain one (1) account on the 9wkts platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 9wkts's sole discretion.

Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. 9wkts is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

OTP Verification

Account registration requires successful OTP (one-time password) verification on your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. This verification step is mandatory and cannot be bypassed. Your mobile number must be unique to your account — no two accounts may share the same registered number.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify 9wkts immediately at support@9wkts.io. 9wkts will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You must provide a legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) when requested. 9wkts reserves the right to request additional supporting documents, including proof of address and proof of payment method, before processing any withdrawal.

All financial transactions on 9wkts are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 9wkts supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 9wkts balance within minutes of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 9wkts does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed and approved prior to processing. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days following approval. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed faster.

Anti-Money Laundering

9wkts operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. 9wkts reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. In such cases, the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9wkts offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible members, including daily reload bonuses, seasonal tournament prizes, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be turned over ten times in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers and eligible slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, including Baccarat and Blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. 9wkts reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility where patterns of abuse are detected, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of low-risk betting combinations to satisfy wagering requirements.

Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without notice. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds will also be voided.

The following rules apply to all sports and live betting activity on the 9wkts platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered from time to time.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 9wkts reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled or suspended at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.

Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match conditions. A bet is only confirmed once the system generates a confirmation reference number. Bets for which no confirmation is received due to connection issues or platform delays are not considered accepted and the stake will not be deducted.

Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold required for settlement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account. For cricket matches, the minimum completion threshold is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method criteria where applicable.

Maximum Payout

9wkts applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. The applicable maximum is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Any winnings calculated above the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted payout. Maximum limits may be adjusted by 9wkts at any time and without prior notice.

The 9wkts casino and games lobby includes live dealer tables, slot games, fishing games, and instant-win titles supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes monitored by independent studios.

Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and specific terms governing each title are determined by the respective game provider. 9wkts publishes provider details within each game interface. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a live game session, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard malfunction policy, which typically results in the voiding of the affected round and a return of the stake.

9wkts does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Provider agreements, maintenance schedules, and regulatory requirements may result in the temporary or permanent removal of games from the lobby at any time and without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9wkts platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game outcomes, or scrape platform data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Laundering funds through the platform by depositing, wagering minimally, and withdrawing to obscure the origin of funds.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, including betting syndicates or advisory services.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial recreational gaming.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to any restricted area of the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents in connection with KYC verification.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to support.

By the User: You may close your 9wkts account at any time by contacting the support team at support@9wkts.io. Upon closure request, any verified remaining balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

By 9wkts: 9wkts reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The user has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The user is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 9wkts.

Where an account is closed by 9wkts due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Any genuine deposited funds not related to the breach will be returned after an investigation period.

9wkts is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. The platform provides the following self-management tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as a registered member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 9wkts platform without prior written permission from 9wkts.

Game assets, audio, and visual elements displayed within individual game titles remain the intellectual property of the respective game provider and are governed by the provider's own licensing terms. 9wkts does not grant any rights to third-party game content beyond what is necessary for normal personal gameplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9wkts and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures;
• Actions of third-party game providers or payment processors;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers.

9wkts's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 9wkts's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 9wkts is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.

9wkts collects personal data necessary to provide its services, including identity verification information, financial transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is held securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9wkts platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents 9wkts from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the platform or its users.
